Night Lovell is one of the most exciting live acts in the Canadian rap scene. He initially peaked our interest with his visuals for Alone - a dark track discussing paranoia, violence, and existentialism.

Lovell has developed a signature sound within the rap genre with his dark, atmospheric production - layered with his baritone vocals.

Lovell's live performance was high energy incorporating the crowd at every turn, calling for several moshpits, jumping into the crowd, & talking with fans.

One of the standouts from the performance was the incorporation of Piñatas. There were two inclusions of piñatas on stage. The first was a tank (which is likely reminiscent of the visuals for Night Lovell's video 'Lethal Presence'), and the second was SpongeBob.

Lovell and others on stage tossed the Piñatas into the crowd, yelling, "RIP THESE F****** APART, BEAT THE S*** OUT OF THEM." To say our beloved Bikini Bottom resident was spared would be a gross mischaracterization of the events that transpired.

Lovell's fanbase is international, with a particularly strong following in Eastern Europe. If you look at the comment sections of any of his videos you'll see languages from all over the globe.

Even with a global audience, he still is relatively underground, given his success. We expect Lovell to be making massive waves in the mainstream soon.

This is a call to action to see him before he pops - so you can say you listened to him before he was a household name.
