"This is it... the Yung Lean & Bladee collab album. Two artists who were some of the most important figures in the underground hip hop scene of the 2010s, more specifically cloud rap. They've been making music together for over a decade with their collectives Sadboys & Drain Gang.Yung Lean & Bladee usually work with a set of producers who are within their collectives, but took a different turn this album, leaving the production to two people outside of Sadboys & Drain Gang. Being unfamiliar with both, I was quite excited to hear what this album would be all about.Now, as I established in the beginning, Yung Lean & Bladee are both very highly regarded artists. My expectations for this album were sky high. And did it live up to my expectations? Absolutely.

Not in terms of what I was expecting to hear, but in terms of the quality.This sounds brand new and nothing like anything they've done before. It's short, but super consistent. Their chemistry is amazing all throughout and they sound so great together on each song. Every song brings something interesting, except for maybe Hanging From The Bridge, which I still found fantastic, it just wasn't as unique as the rest.

I'd say this album is flawless. The sound they explore here is super intriguing.

The production is absolutely beautiful all over, and their vocals just match the style perfectly. I also really loved the poetry/spoken word intro to the album, it just left me really wondering what exactly was about to unfold.

Super impressive for Yung Lean & Bladee to live up to the hype and deliver a perfect album."
